SCNetworkCheckReachabilityByName is deprecated in 10.6

Summary: SCNetworkCheckReachabilityByName, which is
used in [JRFeedbackController
showFeedbackWithBugDetails:], has been deprecated in 10.6.
The following patch will fix it. Comments/tweaks welcomed.
